Celebrate along with Munich!! Our Oktoberfest’s full, malty profile and lovely copper hue comes from five different styles of barley, all balanced with noble Hallertau Mittlefrau hops. Lagered slowly for almost two months, this beer has been waiting to usher in the fall.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Serving: Draft at the brewpub. Pours a cloudy copper color with a thick, dark tan head. The nose highlights the malt with a slight toastiness, some nuttiness, and a little vegetal note. The flavor seems almost more brown ale and oktoberfest hybrid. It lacks the crispness and cleanness I usually associate with the style. Lots of malt with a weird nuttiness and a odd vegetal bitterness. Medium bodied. This one doesn’t work too well for me.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Had this at the NOVA Fall Brewfest. Poured golden yellow color with a small white head. Aroma is light malts caramel, and a touch of herbal hops. Flavor is caramel, malts. This beer was smooth and had a pretty clean finish. Refreshing Oktoberfest beer.
