Commercial Description:
An English-style Southern Brown Ale. Brewed with imported English pale malt, a goodly amount of crystal malt and just a dash of roasted barley to yield a dark, yet mild flavoured ale with a hint of roasted coffee in the finish. Just a touch of Willamette hops that would barely be discernable. A low gravity of just 12 degrees Plato makes this a very quaffable brew.

Sampled at V50. Clear medium brown with an off-white head. Aroma of caramel and a Brit earthy hop character. Very drinkable - notes of light brown sugar, wood, light chocolate - the hops are there to provide balance. A bit thin and watery with mild carbonation.
