COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This Double Rye-PA gets its lovely red hue from the blend of rye and caramel malts. Generously hopped with a blend of four "C" hops (CTZ, Cluster, Cascade, and Centennial), there is also a hint of spiciness from the rye malt. Clocking in at 101a IBUs, it is all the hops your palate can stand!! Formerly "Rye of the Tiger".

Draft at the brewpub. Pours a clear copper color with a thin creamy tan head. Decent head retention. Aroma of big rye notes, earth, caramel, citrus, toasted malts. The taste is caramel and toasted malts with a big rye finish. Medium bodied. Nice beer.

Serving: draft at the brewpub. It has a spicy tropical nose with a hint of sweet cherries. Pours a deep ruddy orange with a creamy tan head. The flavor has a little spicy rye with lots of pine, slight tropicals, and a slight balancing sweetness. As you drink it the bitterness builds on the tongue for a long finish. Nice brew worth trying for sure.
