Serving: On cask at the brewpub. It pours a nice gold color with a creamy, light tan head. The nose is heavy on the basil. The flavor follows suit with lots of basil and light citrus. Slight yeast and straw. The basil is way out of balance on this one. Tone it down and they would have a pretty solid brew.

Cask at the brewpub. Pours a slightly hazy straw color witha medium sized creamy tan head. Decent head retention. Aroma of big basil notes, thyme and citrus. The taste is big basil notes, soap, citrus, faint pale malts. Medium bodied. Way too heavy on the basil.
