COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The humble cream ale has a history intertwined with American working-class. We gave ours a rural twist by brewing with oats, flaked male, and Wisconsin clover honey.Mildly sweet, light and refreshing, and with a touch of honey in the finish. The perfect way to toast a busy day.

Tap @ Vintage with nuplastikk. Pours a clear golden appearance with a white head. Somewhat sweet, light honey, mild honey aroma. A bit grainy, light honey, a bit toasted malty flavor. Ehhh.

Tap at OF. Hazy yellow-tan body. Steady, respectable white head. Grainy, honey-tinged aroma. I was looking at it from a Honey Ale perspective..so I was a little surprised at the husky, sweet, cheap feel to it...kind of a six row feel. Not so bad, not so good either. Grainy honey beer.

On tap at Vintage Brewpub. Clear golden yellow with a small white cap. Aroma of sweet malt, honey and corn. Taste of honey, light corn, mild noble hops, light caramel and finishes up with a bit more honey than it starts.

Draft at Vintage. A little honey and some light citrus hops. Not bad, but not that special either.

On tap at Vintage Brewing - Pours light golden, clear with a thin white head. Nose is light grain with a bit of honey sweetness. Real crisp. Tastes is better--fuller, with more pungent grain, doughy yeast, and a nice honey sweetness. A touch of floral hops. Fluffy and full carbonation with a thin body.

On tap at Vintage 12/9, pours a clear light gold color with no headm the aroma is slightly sweet with a little bit of fruit, the flavor has a sweet front end with a little bit of fruit and a little bit of honey in the finish, really straight forward, I could drink this on a 95 degree day but a snowy day in Madison I’ll go with something else.
