Tap at Sweet Mullets. Typical weiss aromas with a little roastiness on top. Sweet and a bit tart.

On tap at the brewpub. Dark fruits on the nose and in the flavor. It is a bit sweet and just a touch watery. Not too bad.

On tap at Vintage Brewpub. Very dark brown with a medium tan head and a ring of lace. Aroma of roasted and bready malts, clove and light fruit. Taste of banana, clove, darker malts and a hint of chocolate. A touch too over-carbonated with a spicy/yeasty finish.

Sampled on draught at both GTMW 2011 and at the Vintage brewpub in Madison, Wisconsin. Pours a clear dark brown colored brew with a creamy off-white head that has some excellent retention and leaves behind some spotty lacing. Aroma of banana esters, a hint of clove, chocolate malt and floral hops. Taste is medium bodied, soft carbonation with flavors of chocolate malt, banana esters, a hint of bubble gum, floral hops and a touch of caramel. Finish is semi-sweet, plenty of banana yeast esters and a smooth palate. A solid dunkelweizen throughout.

On tap at the brewpub - Pours clear mahogany with a tan ring of head. Lightly spiced chocolate banana on the nose. Yum. Taste is banana and lightly roasted malt, chocolate sweentess with a tropical fruit finish. A tad watery, but smooth. Good stuff.

On tap at Vintage, dark brown with an off white head, aroma has a touch of fruit and some clove, flavor has some chocolate on the front end with some spices in the finish, not bad.
