Carrying on the long and noble tradition of English and American pale ales, our Palindrome Pale Ale is substantially hopped, moderately bitter light copper ale. It begins with a zesty hop aroma that calls to mind citrus and pine. The bright spiciness of the hops continue to dance on the palate sip after sip. In the background, theres a solid structure of caramel malt sweetness keeping everything in balance but the Cascade and Centennial hops are the stars of the show.

Pours a clear copper, then whispy head that lasts. Hint of citrus hops and malt aromas. Citrus hops flavors, didn’t get the caramel/malt. Moderate hop bitterness, medium body. The hop flavor overpowers the malt but it’s not a strond hop flavor. Not bad.

At the brewery before the penn state Wisconsin game. Go Penn State. Pours a see through brownish yellow with a light white head that fades to a ring. Smell is if light hops and sweet malt. Taste is hoppier than smell and the bitterness lingers. Not really balanced but I like hops so it’s good for me.
