COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION Carrying on the long and noble tradition of English and American pale ales, our Palindrome Pale Ale is substantially hopped, moderately bitter light copper ale. It begins with a zesty hop aroma that calls to mind citrus and pine. The bright spiciness of the hops continue to dance on the palate sip after sip. In the background, theres a solid structure of caramel malt sweetness keeping everything in balance but the Cascade and Centennial hops are the stars of the show.
