COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Double White IPA The "White IPA" style melds the fruity/hazy Belgian Witbier with the assertive hoppiness of an American IPA, and with the "end of days" looming, naturally we made ours a double! Soft and fruity on the approach, legions of resiny citrustinged hop flavors soon join in a wild crescendo. Bitterness for some, paradise for others.

Draft. Pretty darn good beer. Loads of grapefruit and citrus hops are perfectly balanced with the banana, baking spices and clove of the wheat and yeast. Very good.

Thsi one is great, aroma of mangoes, flavor is sweetish with a dry hopy finish. Plenty of citrus and tropical fruits.

Tap at Erv’s Mug. Yellow pour with white head. Smells of wheat, malt and hops. Nice blend of an IPA and witbier. Not my favorite but an interesting beer.

On tap at Vintage Brewing - Pours hazy amber with a thin foamy white head. Nose is sharp and boozy, with some citrus hops, spices, and dry malt. Taste is a little better, though still astringently dry. Boozy with some fruity yeast and spicing. Real carbonated with a medium body.

On tap at Stubby’s. Hazy apricot with a large creamy off-white head and lots of lacing. Aroma is tropical with citrus, coriander, yeast and a bit of pepper. Taste of coriander, mango, citrus, Belgian yeast and light alcohol. Semi grainy with medium bitterness.

On tap at Vintage 12/9, pours a hazy orangish yellow with a thin white head and spotty lacing, the aroma has a lot of the heffe spices mixed in with a little bit of floral hops, the flavor has a lot of spice and banana on the front end with a little bit of citrus mixed in during the finish, its almost a perfect mixture of a heffe/ipa, the abv isn’t tasted at all and is well hidden, pretty different and well made.
