3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Rather mellow subdued amber-smoke aroma. Creamy off-white head. Filtered amber-tan body. Medium bodied, a pretty enjoyable brew. The smoke isn’t overbearing, balances out the amber malts well. Solid offering, Easy drinking.

Draft. Crisp koeslch notes and some rubbery and roasty smoke notes, not the cleanest smoke aspect.

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap at the brewpub - Pours amber with a thin off-white head. Lots of smoke on the nose--dry meaty campfire smoke, with sweet grain. Taste has more of the same. Lots of meaty smokiness, some bready graininess, and a light hopping. Slick, thin, and well-carbonated. Pretty tasty.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
On tap at Vintage, pours a clear copper with a thin white head and spotty lacing, aroma had a good presence of smoke and some pig meat, flavor is light and playful on the front with the smoke in the finish, interesting take on the style I suppose.
