COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brown Ale is a dark and full-bodied ale inspired by the historical brown ales of London. The complex malt flavour has notes of chocolate and the roasted malt provides a fine after-taste. The mild proportioning of hops gives place for the malts which makes the beer highly suitable for meat courses, a cold buffet or as a beer to end a long day. Claus Tarstrup, Brewmaster
