Ungstrup (11378), Frederiksberg, Denmark Aug 3, 2007 Bottled. An unclear beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with primary notes of caramel, but also light notes of flowers. The flavor is sweet with dusty notes of hops as well as light notes of spices, but also with a slight acidity, leading to a dry spicy and slighlty acidic finish. omhper (10728), Stockholm, Sweden Sep 16, 2007 Bottled. Hazy anber, minimal head. Dryish with clean mouthfeel. Soem caramelly malt, but feels quite thin and watery. Some resiny hops lead to a finish with average bitterness. Not much hops to hide it’s shortcomings in the malt department. Papsoe (10460), Frederiksberg, Denmark Aug 4, 2007 (Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of Myrup. Hazy, pale golden with a basically absent head. Neutral aroma with a vague, citrusy note. Light in body and a bit watery. Weak vitamin-like notes. The finish is dry. Really unexciting. 270707 yespr (6889), Copenhagen O, Denmark Dec 26, 2007 50 cL bottle. Pours hazy orange with a huge off-white and collapsing head. Fruity hops and caramel malt aroma. Fresh fruity flavour with a subdued caramel malt base and a solid bitterness lurking through towards the finish. A very tasty yeast note beneath providing a rather mellow feel and flavour to the brew. joergen (6529), Frederiksberg, Denmark Aug 3, 2007 Bottle.
