Very pale straw color and strong beading with a white fizzy head. Strong tart apple nose. Champagne-esque carbonation...spritzy, sparkling, refreshing. Fresh tart apple flavor, with some hints of fresh pears. Pretty dry finish...not cloying at all, and very refreshing, A very encouraging first product from a welcome "new" local maker.
4.2 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 17/20 Leighton (7183) - London, ENGLAND - OCT 7, 2012
On tap at the Hill Farmstead Harvest Festival VIP event, Vermont. Pours clear, very pale yellow. Lovely cider from start to finish. Moderately dry with fresh apples, light sugar, mild tartness. Moderate funk in there, light acidity. Stupidly clean and fresh. One of the best American ciders I’ve had.
3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 1/5 OVERALL 16/20 Reynolds314 (1543) - Connecticut, USA - SEP 29, 2012
This is one of the best ciders Ive ever had. Generally not a huge cider guy but the complexity of the flavor is fantastic. The apples are prominant and juicy with notes of citrus, light funk, oak, and a dry finish that makes you really want to keep drinking it. Great cider.

Was a guest brew at Harvest. Consumed while walking. Poured a pale color with no visible head. Smells and tastes of tarted apples, white wine dregs, eucalyptus and yeast. Nice and sessionable.

Cider! Went to burger bar and had this on tap, just cause! Pours a clear gold with small white head that diminishes to nothing. The aroma is a faint fruit amd wheat. Thin mouthfeel with a sour fruit and crisp finish. Easy to drink but nothing to wow me.

Pale gold with scant white head / Elegant, somewhat complex, floral nose of apple and oak / Light to medium body, clean and crisp, soft carbonation, mostly dry / Clean, somewhat complex flavors of malo, apple, lemon, mineral, and oak / A terrific, European-style cider.

On tap at Revolution. Pours a crystal clear, pale yellow colored body with no head. Aroma is crisp and lightly tart apples with a touch of sweetness. A hint of oak and champagne. Flavor is similar. Clean and crisp apples with a light sweetness and tartness. A touch of oak again before this finishes dry and lightly tart with a hint of sweetness. Fairly lengthy aftertaste following a clean, crisp, light body and a champagne-ish carbonation. Overall, a really solid cider. Very fresh apples with a light tartness and touch of sweetness. Extremely easy to drink with a pleasant dryness. Pretty impressed.
