Hopfig-herb startet das Bier, etwas malig ist es dann im Mittelteil. Mit dem Hintergedanken, dass hier noch Zucker zusätzlich dabei ist, lässt sich die hier etwas künstlich wirkende Süße recht gut deuten. Der Nachgeschmack ist völlig charackterlos, das minimal bittere Aroma verflüchtigt sich direkt. Das Bier soll eindeutig die Massen ansprechen, ich könnte dieses Bier eigentlich auch mit einem Heineken ersetzen, der "Laie" würde wohl keinen Unterschied merken. Schade, sowas (Sowohl die Auswechselbarkeit als auch der Geschmacksinn mancher :-) ).

Serving: 12 oz. bottle.
It pours a clear yellow with a foamy white head. The nose is a bit of grain, euro lager, and papery hops. The flavor is a bit grainy with slight notes of non-descript bitterness. Light in body leading to a short to medium bitter finish. Overall a pretty poor brew.

Lemony hops and grainy aroma. Pissy yellow with a lasting white cover. Watery flavour with a tiny bit of lemony hops and not any malt. Light body with moderate carbonation.

Bottle in hotel room ... golden yellow ... light lager ... lemon hop ... yeuch just yeuch grassy

Bottle, golden color with some head. Aroma is more malty, flavor is more sweet too, not interesting. Without aftertaste.

Prismic cone shaped bottle. Sweet start with hops, grain and malt notes. Bitter finish. OK.

Viru has a faintly sweet aroma and some sweet malt in the flavour with the tiniest soupçon of hops in the finish.
