JoeMcPhee (8411) - Toronto, ON, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 25, 2011
Pale golden pour with a tight white head. The aroma is quite spicy and little bit sweet. Some definite spicy esters with clove and some light banana/apricot as well. A little bit of soft sweetness and a touch of light smoky phenolics as well. Softly smoky as well with a bit of lingering apple character.

thirstyrabbit (1099) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - MAY 31, 2011
Draught. Light orange body, medium head that disappears fast. Sweet and moderately hoppy aroma. Soft carbonation. Taste has that unmistakable sweetness that is found in all their beers. It is not too distracting here. Some spiciness in the finish. Could be a pilsner.

Draught. Herbal hop aroma, somewhat watery, vaguely hoppy flavor, no aftertaste. Silky smooth, light body.

brunnsbe (75) - Helsinki, FINLAND - OCT 14, 2007
Malty aroma, maybe some hay in it. The color of the beer is wery pale, does not not look that interesting. Thin flavor with some hops, a bit butter in the palate. Not bad but nothing special neither.

UPDATED: MAR 18, 2008 Matty - you had a duff one. And it’s a different beer from Svejki, I’m sure; can you try a head-to-head? 500ml bottle (Stockmann, Tallinn)
Pale yellow, brief billowing white head. Aroma was a decent kick of noble hops - pilsner style. Alas I got a hint of metallic nature from them. Some light malts come through too. Fairly soft palate. Light malty body has plenty of hops to back it up, even hints of pepper and ginger in the finish. I’d vote for this being promoted to ’Pilsner’, to be honest.

larsga (6179) - Oslo, NORWAY - OCT 23, 2009
Medium white lasting head. Yellow body. Grainy sugary aroma with rye notes. Dry-acidic grassy apple taste with vegetable notes. Mid-to-thin body. Dusty unclean mouthfeel. Dryish grainy sulphury aftertaste with grassy herbal notes. Not too bad, but unclean. (0.5l bottle, Tallinn.)

larsniclas (5591) - Billdal, SWEDEN - AUG 17, 2003
No head. Some yeast (and hensfood of course) in the aroma. Watery and too much carbonation. Rather refreshing (I guess I was really thirsty).

Bottle from Tbone_. pale blonde. Hints of chalk and orange in the aroma. Grainy flavor with apple. Medium bodied. Thin. Short aftertaste. Standard lager, nothing more.

mjs (4544) - Helsinki, FINLAND - JUL 4, 2012
(Draught at Põrgu, 20120704) The beer poured pale golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had sweetness and grain. Palate was light bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were sweetness, mildly grain, malts and low bitterness. Aftertaste was sweetness and low bitterness. Pretty dull pale lager.
