UPDATED: APR 6, 2010 (Bottle) Pours brown with red highlight. Small nougat-colour head. The aroma is malty with notes of straw, hay, nuts, milk chocolate, mild burned caramel and light canned corn hints. Some sugar. The flavour is light sweet and light bitter with notes of straw, hay, milk chocolate, nuts, light burned caramel and sugar. The mouthfeel is soft. Soft malty finish. Near medium bodied.

Clear light to medium brown color with a small, fizzy, virtually none lacing, fully diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, oxidide, old malt, light drak bread, light to moderate hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20090822]

Bottle, 75cl, courtesy of fonefan. It’s a clear, amber beer with an off-white hed. Malty, bready nose with roasted coffee-notes. A bit weak. Sweet flavor with dried fruits, bread and coffee, slightly sourish. Medium body, dry. Roasted, bitter finish. A decent beer, but feels a bit one-tracked. 090822

What ever is left from the bottle....muddy brown colour....yeasty roasty malty aroma. Yeasty roasty malty bit fruity flavour with a bit of chocolate. Too much yeast.

Bottle 75 cl. Courtesy of fonefan. Clear orangey brown with a rough beige head. Hard roasted malt aroma. Medium body, hard roasted malt and dried fruit. Light malt bitterness in the finish. 220809

Bottle. Hazy brown body with a medium off white head. Light roasty aroma with notes of yeast, fruit and light coffee. Flavour is light roasted with some yeast, malt and coffee. Medium bodied.

Bottle. Medium high and lasting off-white fluffy head. Hazy brown body. Aroma of apples and pears plus nuts and caramel. Flavor is relatively sweet roasted malt fruits and caramel with a low carbonation and a long aftertaste. Alcohol percentage seems just right.

Chestnut with a lasting off-white head. Floaties. Aroma of dried fruits and dark caramel. Sweet and fruity caramel flavour

Bottle @ Danish Summer Gathering, 2009. Pours cloudy brown with a small creamy bubbly head. Sweet malty caramel. Yeasty. Toffee and some ashy notes.
