Bottle at home. Clear golden pour, huge white head. Aroma is spicy, fruity and somewhat chemical. Flavor is spicy and sweet with a strange soapy messy bitterness. Not good. Lively carbonation and a thick body.

Pretty empty taste imo. Herbs, lemon.

33cl bottle. Large white head atop lightly hazed straw body. Aroma is medium sweet, straw, some nectarine, light orange, coriander. Taste is medium sweet, straw, some Belgian yeast, orange/nectarine, pepper, light coriander. Light-medium body, light stickiness.

330 ml bottle, rated from old tasting notes. Aroma of yeast and fruit, green apple? Taste is lightly tangy, yeast and apple notes. Fresh and fizzy

Tap at Max’s Taphouse. Pours clear dark gold with a small, fizzy white head, short retention with light lacing. Aroma is fruity and perfume hops with biscuit malt and light spicy hops. Flavor is malt forward with medium hops and bitterness with fruity esters light supporting malt and a dry finish. Medium body and carbonation.

Draft. Clear golden yellow color. Aroma is very fruity and lemony. Taste has tons of lemon.

Bright blond colour with very tight head. Aroma has interesting mix of yeast and green apple. Flavour has a light sourness akin to a Granny Smith. Fresh.

(From notes 29 Oct, 2012) Bottle. White fluffy head, leaves lacing. Smells a bit like a wheat beer, with flowery (not very sweet) hops. The beer is a slightly hazy golden. Flavor malty and hops bitterness. A good balance I guess. Carbonation is about medium, feels a bit stingy. Aftertaste is slightly bitter and long. This was a refreshing beer. Good stuff.

Very good blond beer. Not too sweet as so many other Belgian blonds. Bitter, spicy and dry.
