Bright blond colour with very tight head. Aroma has interesting mix of yeast and green apple. Flavour has a light sourness akin to a Granny Smith. Fresh.

(From notes 29 Oct, 2012) Bottle. White fluffy head, leaves lacing. Smells a bit like a wheat beer, with flowery (not very sweet) hops. The beer is a slightly hazy golden. Flavor malty and hops bitterness. A good balance I guess. Carbonation is about medium, feels a bit stingy. Aftertaste is slightly bitter and long. This was a refreshing beer. Good stuff.

Very good blond beer. Not too sweet as so many other Belgian blonds. Bitter, spicy and dry.

Draft @19de Internationale BierHappening, Zottegem.

Bottle @ Bier Tempel, Brussels. Pours cloudy golden with a creamy head and lacings. Grain, yeast and fruity peaches. Smooth and medium bodied with a lively carbonation. Dry and bitter finish. Good.

Swaroga (1481) - Brussels, BELGIUM - AUG 5, 2012
33cl bottle. Golden liquid with medium white head. Nose : malt with citrus zest, little hay aromas, yeasty. Sip : Quite well carbonated, low density body with oily texture, easy to drink and refreshing. Medium sweet with complexe finish with aromatic and bitter hops. Really drinkable and deliciously refreshing. One of the best "blond" I tasted so far in Belgium.

Aroma is yeasty, bready, some citrus, typical Belgium blonde bits. Taste is banana, citrus, bitter, soft mouthfeel, dry, short bitterness. Slightly tart. Drank at just past room temperature. May have been better a bit colder.

Very hazy gold beer. Thick frothy white head. Light palate, a little dry and a little soft around the edge. Soft creamy saison like aromatic malt with a nice fresh zingy orange and citrus well integrated. Finishes soft, frothy and dry. Pretty decent, fresh and frothy.
