3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle sample at a tasting at the Beer & Beyond shop. Thanks Tom L. Hazy orange. Hoppy aroma of pine, some citrus, marmalade and some malt. Sweetish malty flavor, with piney and citric hops, strong bitterness and a light alcoholic note. Medium-bodied.

3.5 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 14/20
Pours a nice cloudy dark amber. Massive light brown billowy head. Great lacing. The aroma is interesting. Biscuit, bready malts, some toasted malts as well. Very malt forward. I’m a fan though! Chewy mouthfeel. The hops are nondescript. just bitterness. Not my idea of an IPA, but I like the beer nonetheless.

Bottle 33cl. Nice orange with a big off-white head. Fresh hoppy aroma and also something which promise a rich body. Taste: This is good... Bitter as an IPA must be, full bodied and a long bitter finish. Good beer

3.6 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 14/20
(33 cl courtesy of the proprieteur of Chez Clem, thanks!; BBD: October 29th 2015) Pours a hazy amber with lively carbonation and medium, tan head. Good retention and beautiful lace. Aroma is slightly earthy from the Tomahawk hops that I have recently come to recognise and appreciate. There are also sprucy simcoe notes in there. Also some peachy fruit notes in there.Oily texture, full body and a balanced, slightly astringent finish. Flavour is somewhat bitter upfront but it gets balanced out quite a bit in the finish.
