bottle from Bièrerie. Golden colour, tall white head. Intensive malty start with a touch of alcohol detectable. Lots of resiny hops that also add some citrusy flavours. Strong stuff.

Bottle from Dranken Verheyen in Poppel. The beer is amber orange, the foam is sticky, cream colored and very large, with a nice carbonation in the beer. Fruity aroma of grapefruit and some peach with a strong hint of caramel in the nose. Beautiful aromatic hopped, not lavish. Well malted, slightly smoky flavor. A resinous medium bitterness and bitterness that lasts well, caramel-between for some sweetness. The beer is fruity but not pronounced fruitiness and rather dry bitter. Some characteristics of bitter zest of grapefruit, citrus and white stone fruit. The finish is dry and medium bitter with some hidden yeast notes and a lot of hops. Wow, this is excellent. Want to try it again.

bottled, big thanks to adam. hazy burnt oragne colour with a lingering uneven head; aroma if somewhat musty, hints of white grapeskin and pine; somewhat chalky, out-of-kilter bitterness, peachy malt, lightly gluggy; doesn’t quite work for me

Pours hazy orange/amber with a large, creamy head. Nose shows lots of resinous, piney hops, citrus, orange blossom, grapefruit and some peach. Also plenty of caramel malts to back it up. Lots of resinous pine upon tasting, too bad the fruit aspect doesn’t transfer through quite as well. Lots of big caramel malts come in as well. Does have a medicinal/astringent herbal character to it. Overall its pretty good. not a big fan of over malted IIPA’s but this one kinda works out.
