11.2 oz. bottle purchased at Bottles, Providence, RI. Deep hazy Amber color with lasting bubbly head. Aroma gives me a deep floral character with some mild yeast hints. Flavor starts sweet with fruit and mild yeast. The deep hop profile is grapefruit and floral with a mild resin hint. The bitterness get progressively more bitter as I sip. Extremely dry texture with the pine showing.

Overall I enjoyed sipping on this. Enough malt balance to keep it centered yet it has the long lasting bitterness a Hophead is seeking. Very unexpected coming out of Belgium with the layer of hops.

Bottle. Pours a dark, cloudy grapefruit color with a very frothy head. Thick, hoppy aroma with a nice citrusy finish. Smooth taste. Lots of hops. Alcohol is hidden. But this is a very, very impressive Imperial IPA.

Poured from a bottle into a teku glass looks very dark cloudy brown with lighter color in the rims, practically no head despite an aggressive pour. The nose shows a lot of sweet malts with a very light hop background. The palate is quite light bodied with aggressive carbonation. The first impression is a balanced malt sweetness that transitions into a sharp IPA bitterness at the end. Seems to drink like a cross between an American IPA and a Belgian Ale. Nonetheless, quite interesting.

Hazy/cloudy amber/brown color, huge off white head. Lots of lacing. Aroma of citrus, tropical fruits, malts. Taste of citrus, mango and malts. Medium body, soft carbonation. Very bitter finish. Overall it’s very good, but it lacks body to be among the best.

Really nice hazy orange colour with a thin head. Aroma is a bit of grass and a bit of motor oil. Taste is grassy, hops, bitterness, and somewhat floral. Great IPA.

Hazy mahogany color, medium sized fluffy off-white head. Aroma is hops, caramel, hints of alcohol. Taste is bitter as hell, but the problems is that it is unbalanced. Hops and honey. Long bitter finish. I found this hard to drink.

Un nez des plus fleuri, digne des meilleurs IPA. Une robe ambrée avec une fine mousse. En bouche c’est complexe, d’abord une note fruitée (apparemment pamplemousse), puis cette amertume qui s’impose sur la fin.

Whoaw! What a great Belgian IPA... I had never tried it before and was very surprised... Hazy brown-orange colour. The nose is great, with a hoppy, flowery apricot smell. The taste that follows is amazing. Bitterness perfectly balanced. Only down side, I thought it’s a tiny bit too sweet... If not, it would be perfect!

Bottle from Choice Beverages. Pours a deep reddish/copper color with a medium off white head. The aromas are Citrus, dough, grass. The mouthfeel is dry, slightly bitter and has a medium body with good carbonation. A great beer! Cheers!

A dark orange colour, a head is big and blond. The nose has tropical fruits, mangos and grapefruits, some pine needles, not much of sweetness. Taste is strongly grapefruity, some fruits, sourness of citrusfruits. The bitterness is strong and long lasting. Nice sweetness, read as not too much. Medium+ bodied, strong carbonation. Succesfully DIPA, not too sweet and strong bitterness, balanced.
