Pours a deep black color, topped wit ha solid and dark cream colored head. Mild roasty aroma, nice chocolate notes and some mild warm alcohol notes. Taste starts sweet with some chocolate feel, moderate roasty presence with some quite heavily bitter coffee notes in the finish and some mild presence of it in aftertaste.

På flaska importerad från Belgien. Mörk brun nästan svart färg. Doftar något av kaffe och aningen av något bär. Smakar syrlig karamell med en eftersmak av beskt kaffe.

Pours dark brown with big creamy light brown head. Aroma od roasted barley malt, tabacco, almost like in smokehouse. Similar is taste, firstly sweet with nostes of dark chocolate, little presence of dried fruits, roasted malts and with little smoked/sweet finish. Dry/sweet aftertaste. soft carbonation, medium body , low bitterness. Alcohol is very well hidden.

Black with medium beige head. Aromas of dark chocolote, coffee, dark fruit (somehow i managed to miss the smokiness every body could smell). In mouth, good carbonation, thin texture, long and bitter coffee finish. Not bad but I didn’t think it was special.

330cc bottle. Lots o smoke in the nose and also in the mouth. Not my stile. Find it very heavy for the stomach. Under the "bacon" I got very interesting sweet malt, roast and coco.

Bottle @ home. Pours almost completely black except for a slight red tint on the edges. Big brown head. Aroma of malt and smoke. Taste is of roasted and smoked malts, coffee, dirt and licorice. Starts out sweet but has a burnt and smoky finish. Not bad but not really my style (smoked).

Bottle, 33cL. Home. A pitch black beer with a medium beige head poorly persistent. Toffee roasty aroma, toasty, coffee, herbs, smoke. Light to medium sweet, medium lasting bitter : oh yes. Medium voluptuous body, thin texture, average carbonation, roasty lasting bitter finish. Overall, truly delicious ; cradled like a baby :)

33 cl bottle. BB 15/05/15.
Rises some when the bottle is opened.
Black color, small dark brown head. Malty sweet, milk chocolate scent, some smoke. Burnt, almost acrid, rather acidic taste. Acidic, grainy, roasted, some coffee aftertaste. Fizzy mouthfeel, medium high dry bitterness.
The overly fizzy mouthfeel, with the look of the head when poured, also the rising in the bottle with the acidity makes me wonder if something is not entirerly OK with this bottle?
