This is a nice new beer. In my opinion it’s a little more sweet than a Hommelbeer, so i would call this a blond beer. Maybe they stopped the fermentation a littlle bit earlier than the hommel, and used a little less hommel. Excellent ber for a dinnertable, with a long aftertaste, of soft hopps.

I don’t know what the previous raters drank... but... this is a hazy dark golden colored, low viscosity beer. As far as I understand linen was also used in the process. sweet and fruity flavour,. well-bodied finish.

Bottle,33 cl. Golden color, head is initially large, frothy, white, mostly lasting. Body is hazy medium yellow, bottle conditioned. Aroma is malty and hoppy, with a note of coriander. Sweet flavor , lightly bitter. Finish is lightly sweet, and bitter. Medium body, watery texture.

Yeasty and spicy aroma with fruits (citrus). Very decent appearance; Hazy, yellow coloured with a perfect white lacing; lasting and creamy. Taste is sweet, some bitterness, yeast, quite spicy (some ginger I guess) and fruity. Good balance. Bit sticky. Pleasant beer. I agree with dirk; this is excellent for the dinnertable.

Fresh barley malt grain nose with a hint of apricots, hazy pale orange color, low lathery head. Big wheat body, fruity notes, peppery spice end turning to a syrupy sweet candi-sugar finish. Thin and quick. Fairly good, but not so exciting.
