LordHedgehog (144), Westminster, Maryland, USA Dec 4, 2001 Wow. That’s a darn good beer. When they say ’unfiltered,’ though, they really mean it.
The taste is refreshing and slightly fruity, definately slightly sweet for a beer but not grossly so. A must-try in any case. MinetoKuroda (8), Nihombashi Chuo-ku, Japan does not count Apr 8, 2008 On tap. Impressed at its beautiful white appearance. It keeps so flesh with great mixture of fruits like grapefruit, lemon, orange, apple, litchi, and celery, spices and yeast.
I also feel like I drink Gewurztraminer white wine. Quite surprising and tasty beer. thewolf (3983), Kolding, Denmark Jul 27, 2006 Tap. Hazy pale yellow with a little white head. Aroma is sour with a lidt of citric lemon. Taste is sweet with a greater bit of banana then the bitter lemon. Very fresh. austinpowers (2828), New York, New York, USA Dec 6, 2002 More sediment than I’ve ever seen in a 12oz bottle - EVER! Mild and somewhat interesting for a witbier, but certainly lacking in the spice and punch I usually look for. Sort of like Bavik. MartinKubert (862), Copenhagen, Denmark Jan 6, 2004 Very sour and carbonated. Almost geuze-like. The aroma has some green apple and lemon. The finish has some bitterness which ends the brew balanced.
