Bottle at Kulminator. Golden pour, small white head. Aroma of honey, grain and vanilla. Taste has a lot of grainy honey at first, then the bourbon vanilla kicks in. Good combination of honey and bourbon. It’s uncommon to age blonde beers, but this works quite well.

May 16, 2015. Bottle at home, best before august 2018.
Hazy dark golden with a fizzy white head. Aroma is sweet and sugary with ripe peaches, canned pears, grapes and caramel, vanilla, light oak and alcohol. Taste is very sweet with ripe fruits, marzipan, alcohol, syrup, honey, very soft bitter. Warming alcohol finish with a sticky sweetness of canned pear juice and marzipan. Medium to full bodied and soft carbonation.

Troebel bier met honing in de neus. Weinig schuimend.

Hazy amber color with a nice refined lasting beige head. Sediments floating in the beer. Aromas are fruity with peach and wood notes and also alcohol; complex. Flavor is fruity and brandy alcoholic with a long end. Low carbonation and very thick body.

Bottle, bought @Etre Gourmet. Pours murky dark yellow with some floaties. Small, creamy white film head. Aroma has sweet malts, apples, grass, oranges, oak. Low carbonation, fat and oily mouthfeel. Flavour has sweet malts, fresh grass, oak dryness, quite vinious. Sweet, but the oak and the alcohol balances it okay.

Bottle. Frothy White fair mostly deminishing head. Dark yellow colour. Particles present. Moderate malty and hoppy and yeasty aroma. Moderate bitter alcoholic flavor. Week fruity notes. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate. Not very good.
