3 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20 closey22 (62) - Mt. Laurel, USA - OCT 13, 2008
I was in Istanbul and had never seen nor heard of it before, so, I HAD to try it. It was typical of a dark lager. Malty in aroma and flavor and medium-light in body.
2.3 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20 Koelschtrinker (6544) - Köln (Cologne), North Rhine-Westphalia, GERMANY - MAY 6, 2011
Mild herb-würziger Antrunk, im Mittelteil zusätzlich etwas süß mit sehr eigenem Unterton, mild her-hopfig endend. Wenig erfrischend, der Hopfen wirkt etwas muffig.

1.5 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20 oh6gdx (15509) - Vasa, FINLAND - MAR 4, 2010
Bottled@The 1st Vaasa CS/ES beer session (thanks AM). Yellowish golden colour with small white head. Aroma is bready malts, some maize as well sweaty socks and some grainyness. Flavour is mildly fruity, maizeish as well as grainy. Also some cardboard. Very little bitterness at all.
1.3 AROMA 2/10 APPEARANCE 1/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20 Beershine (4561) - The Sunshine State, Florida, USA - SEP 4, 2009
Bottle. Bright yellow. No head. Swill aroma is nondescript, on the sweet and grainy end of the spectrum with slight unripe pear in there. Not good but not offensive either. Fizzy, light palate. Not sticky. Is not all that bad, as it finishes dry. Bland, characterless, like drinking a piece of paper. Wonder Bread beer.
1.9 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 7/20 Oakes (9994) - Gibsons, British Columbia, CANADA - SEP 4, 2009
Deeper pee gold. The aroma is slightly herbal, slightly caramelly. Low bitterness and dull, mossy hop flavour. The malts are in there a little bit. A bit bland, but one of the more drinkable Turkish swills.
2.7 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20 DeanF (1477) - Iqaluit, Nunavut, CANADA - AUG 31, 2009
Smells like wet socks and alcohol. But it has a nice look to it, with a good head. Flavour is all right with some hops taste, a bit of alcohol, and a dry finish. It’s an okay lager and good for a hot day.
1.5 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 5/20 Rune (4667) - Tromsø, NORWAY - JUL 29, 2009
500ml bottle from a mini marked in Istanbul. Pours a clear, light golden body with a white, rapidly collapsing, head. A vague smell of (sour) grass can be stirred up. Dry metallic flavour of fruit and grain. High carbonation level. Feels empty in the mouth (20.07.2009).
