lusikka (2062) - Tampere, FINLAND - OCT 29, 2010
500 ml bottle @ Gastropub Tuulensuu.
Pours a dark transparent brown colour with a foamy off-white head. The bottle is full of yeast. Aroma of vegetables, sweet malts and mild fruits. Flavour of yeast, vegetables, spices and sweet fruits. Medium bodied, thick mouthfeel and fizzy carbonation. Very foamy mouthfeel. Needs aging I think.

Draught at Tuulensuu, Tampere. Very murky light brown color. Tart, berryish and yeasty flavor with grassy and roasty bitterness. Looks very bad, does not taste much better.
