Aroma of mild bread, sweet toasted malt, hint of fruit and light citrus. Over the palate came mild spicy and smooth toasted malty notes as the domination notes. Unclear hazy medium amber color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, berry. sour notes, moderate yeasty. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. Lightly tart and fruity nose with a whiff of yeast. Medium body, a little low in carbonation with a smooth mouthfeel. Notes of sweet caramel, roasted malt and a high degree of fruitiness - overripe fruit also. Basically no bitterness. 190608
