it’s not really a bock i think, but it’s ok though... tough and bitter above sweet, nice malty aroma altough not to thick, some caramel... moderate bittersweet finish... ok beer

Brown body and small off white head. Fruity aroma with cherries, brown sugar, apple and light yeast. Fairly rich taste, light sweet but a dry ending. Body is medium. Tasty but a bit boring (50cl bottle)

Courtesy of ekstedt. Pours cloudy mahogany with a great beige creamy head leaving lace. Aroma is malty, fruity, yeasty and spicy. Flavor is sourish, roasted malty, fruity, spicy and has a nice pleasant bitterness. Finishes bitter dry.

Bottle (50 cl) from The Cracked Kettle. Deep clear copper, medium beige head. Fruity and berryish, slightly nutty, with floral hops. Medium bodied, soft carbonation. Fairly dry with medium bitterness.

Umami, slighty sour aroma. Huge white foamy head. Uneven. Amber red color. Some spice in the flavor, light sweetness and not very bitter. 50cl bottle from De Bierkoning

Brown red colour, malty and sweet smell. Taste, as far i understand what the word means, has umami. Malts are the distinguish aroma component. This is mostly chocolate caramel. There is some small amount of leather basement yeast aromas, but not much. There’s no carbonation, and texture is soft. Overall quite typical bok beer.

Shared a bottle with DutchDrebus. I thought it would be a dull and boring one, but it turned out it had a pretty nice color and taste. Have to admit that I don’t remember much more from this beer, just that it was better than expected.
