Starts great but then the taste tapers off to muddy cardboard like dryness. Not so bad, at the Purmerend Bierfestival.

(Draught at Arendsnest, Amsterdam, 16 July 2011) Pale amber colour with brief, off-white head. Malty, fruity nose with orange peel, hints of caramel and fresh, spicy hops. Fruity, malty taste with notes of orange peel, marmalade, hints of toast and fresh hops in the finish. Medium body, with balanced sweetness. Very nice.

On tap at Arendsnest on 5 April 2011. Amber colour. Fluffy white head. Quite fruity with some light spicy notes. A little bubblegum. Faint herbal bitterness. Decent enough but didn’t generate too much excitement.

500 ml bottle @ Gastropub Tuulensuu, Tampere.
Pours a darkish orange/yellow colour with a small foamy head, which collapses fast. Big amount of sediment on the bottom of the bottle. Aroma of sweet fruits, especially peach, with grass. Flavour of sweet fruits, chamomilla, citrus and some bready malts. Medium bodied with very fizzy carbonation. Weird Abbey Tripel

Draft at Arends Nest. Hazy amber beer, little white head. Semi dry palate. Semi sweet malt. A little sweetish orange. A bit of dusty malt. Alright, can do better!

On tap at In de Wildeman. Hazy golden, nice offwhite head. Fruity aroma, notes of orange zest. Spicy orange fruit flavours, sweetness kept in check by spices, including some coriander. All in all quite enjoyable.
