Surprisongly good wheat beer. Aroma of wheat malt and apples. Wheat taste with bittersweet finish. Not too yeasty and i like it.

Bottle from Lithuania. Interesting bottle. The aroma and flavor typical ofor weizen. It’s hard to find weaknesses. Good beer but not a revelation.

Can from Lithuanica, Birmingham. Beautiful body - creamy thin and milky sweet. Nice colour too. The taste has nuttiness, milk, banane, cream, a sneeze of chloroseptic. Very pleasant.

The wheat beer cult is still developing in Baltics, but Balta Pinta is one of the pioneers and I would say that not the worst one. Had that from bottle but I’d prefer that on tap. Overall a decent citrusy, medium-bodied wheat beer, which is nice to spend evening with.

DWFIV; Can 0, 5l. Pours clear golden with a moderate to large frothy, moderate lasting and lacing white head. Aroma is malt, hay, light vegetable and spice. Taste is moderate sweet and bitter with a short to moderate lasting finish. Body is thin, texture is light to oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle from a Baltic corner shop. A bit of banana in the aroma and some bubblegum in the flavour but the beer could do with more body.

Outstanding hefe, Lithuania’s best macro by far. A bit too hoppy, a bit too watery for 4-point status perhaps, but highly worthwhile and worth seeking out.
