Medium offwhite head. Clear red body. Earthy caramelly aroma. Dryish earthy caramelly taste with alcohol notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, mealy mouthfeel. Dryish earthy caramelly roasted sugar aftertaste. Not that bad, but a simple, primitive beer. (0.5l bottle from some supermarket in Vilnius.)

Shared bottled @KnutAlberts winter tasting session. A fluffy lightly tanned head, covering a clear reddish-brown body. Light aroma of malt drops caramel and burnt sugar. Taste is sourish-sweet caramel malts. Earthy bitterness underneath. Slick in the mouth. Medium body. Short caramel malty ending. Drinks ok, but apperars one-dimensional and simple. [09.02.13]

Clear amber. Roasted malt, burned sugar - nor much imperial about this. Light bodied, fails to mask the alcohol, despite low abv.

Bottle at ChrisO Snow Tasting, thanks to Leighton. It pours deep red-brown with a medium off-white head. The nose is wood, leather, caramel, toast and spice. The taste is roasted malt, coffee, toast, caramel and wood with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Fairly one-dimensional, but drinkable nonetheless.

På fat. Rödbrun öl med porlande vitt skum som snart lägger sig. Där hittas kola, mörk sirap och lingon i aromen. Detsamma i smaken fast där choklad och rostade toner dyker upp också.

In bottle at Craig’s. Pours a dark amber colour with a decent beige head. Aroma of caramel, toffee, pine, liquorice and alcohol. Similar flavours with moderate carbonation and CO2 prickle and a foamy mouth-feel.

Bottle from Klaipeda "ακρόπολ&# aroma - vanished soon enough not to say what exactly; Pours very interesting deep dark with touches of wine ruby although not enough dark for porter, nice creamy head disappears quickly. Taste - hmm... was not bad, not sweet, middle bitter, a little sour in aftertaste. Density - criticaly low for porter. I call it middle nothing. Most medals on lable from early 1930ties. To make rating complete, I must try this one last time :)
