Bottle from Lithuanica, Birmingham. Pours beautifully: orangeish with a big, foamy head. This is quite malty. It’s very sweet, with booming bread and some shredded wheat with a dry ’icey sheet’ finish. Distinctly Helles-like. I don’t exactly love this, but do think it’s quite well put together.

Milder, hell getreidiger Beginn. Trocken herb, mild. Gut trinkbar, ansonsten nichts besonders. 10/8/11/7/9/7

RIch orage, large white head. Typical baltic pale lager aroma, just some light breadiness. Watery palate, a bit fizzy. More of an English pissy lager taste than a baltic pissy lager taste. Definitely has some malts in it. Some odd slightly asrtingent bitterness, with no depth. Fairly clean, and not unpleasant. Probably one of the better Volfas Engelmans.

Nice NOt so strong as the other lager of Volfas but nice and soft, easy to drink with pleasure. Nice foam too.

Golden color, small white head. Harsh, cardboardish, sweetcorn aroma. Light body. Harsh malty and sticky flavor. Another industrial lager.
