hazy black, thin tan ring. Boozy nose is cracker with strong graham cracker, solid malt backbone despite heavy booze. Moderate booze with marshmallow across front, tons of burnt sugar mid becoming graham cracker and Easter chocolates in the sticky, thin finish, rich and coating with tons of warmth.

On tap at the Barrel House for beer week. Aroma of coffee, toffee, brown sugar, and chocolate. Pours thick and black with minimum dark brown lacing. Taste is great with a sticky chocolate heath bar, tootsie roll, and oak up front with a nice roasty coffee finish with lingering bourbon. Delightfully sweet but roasty enough to remind you that itís good. A great treat.

Deep black body, medium sized khaki head, spotty lacing. Bourbon, semi-sweet chocolate, vanilla, caramel, brown sugar, a little roast and oak. Complex blend that is well balanced. Medium to full bodied, gentle carbonation yields a silky feel, minimal heat. Quality barrel aged stout.

Bottle shared via PUBíR.. Pours jet black with fast-dissipating tan head. Nose is oaky bourbon, cacao, vanilla, roasty rauchy malt. Tastes rich, with a full-bodied roasty charred malt flavor backed up with cacao, oaky bourbon, and a smooth yet hot later finish. Pretty dense overall, with late hops and more PVW notes as it warms.

On tap at the barrel room release. Pour is jet black with brown head. Nose is bourbon forward, sweet rich malt, milk chocolate and light vanilla with some light charred wood behind. Taste follows, lots of bourbon and wood with rich malt, a touch sweet but still very rich chocolate cake notes and rich malt flavor. Medium body an light carbonation with a smooth creamy texture.

Draft at HO1k beers. Black color. Smaller head. Medium heavy body. All I smell is whiskey bourbon and oak with some cocoa and roasted malt. Medium light sweetness. Warming alcohol. Very nice aged style of beer. Would get again.

This one poured a very dark brown color into the glass with a very minimal tan head. Aroma was thick fudge, bourbon, light wood, roasted malt, dark chocolate, light herbal hops, and some dary cherries there too. Flavor was just as impressive, some of milky silkyness, charred wood, lots of bourbon, fudge, light marshmellow, with a long lightly heated swallow. Great blend, and a bit more mild than the straigh Black Magick treatments.
