Thanks to theisti for this beer. Poured at the 1/28 Houston tasting. Cloudy peach color with a white head that is very thin. Aroma is fresh crisp apples and sour cherries. Really nice base malt flavor with some cherries, but not sour like the nose, much brighter. Easy drinker.

22 oz bottle courtesy of MrBendo, 10th bottle sampled at the 1/28 Houston Tasting. Pour is a cloudy apricot-cheddar cheese [TM] orange. Aroma of dried cranberries and some dusty maltiness. Burnt sugar-cocoa sour. Taste is big sour, crisp fruitiness (pineapple, orange, grapefruit). Bright fruitiness, not too complex but tasty and refreshing.

Orange in color, with an aroma that is sweet and fruity. The taste is a little light on the fruit (even though you can taste the cherry) which is interesting because of the smell. Not bad, not bad at all.

From 22oz bottle. Pours a dark amber color. Aroma of cherries and other dark fruits and some yeast. Taste is of cherrry couph syrup and seems to be trying to be a belgian but doesn’t succeed.

Pours a dark orange/light brown color. Aroma is crazy taste more like a tripel with plenty of beer, over a lambic. Very, very sweet, may need aged a little. Still am impressed by this little brewery in the middle of nowhere.

22oz bottle. Aged on passion fruit, cherries, and raspberries. Aroma of prunes. Light orange color.. Aroma of cough syrup. Flavor of Vicks 44D. Too much fruit for a girly beer. Good but I didn’t like it.
