Poured into a tulip. 4.0 A: Murky peach amber color. Frothy off-white head with good retention for the ABV and some whisps of lacing. 4.25 S: The tripel and the fruits blend very well together. Lots of corriander with clove and pepper spice underneath. The cherry, raspberry, and passion fruit are potent enough to matter, but still let the tripel through. Wheaty hay and apple from the base beer. Fairly simple, but powerful and well balanced, especially for a fruit beer. Alcohol is well hidden. 3.75 T: Taste is like the nose. Pleasant tripel flavors meet a triad of fruitiness. Strong corriander with clove and pepper undertones. Apple and peach fruitiness from the tripel. Hay and grassy earthiness. The cherry, raspberry, and passion fruit are strong enough to not have a watered down taste. Quite nice. 4.0 M: Medium body. Good moderate carbonation. Moderately spritzy and supremely smooth. Good here. Booze isn’t noticeable at all. 4.0 D: Another winner from Voodoo. All they seem to make is great beer. Serving type: bottle 03-18-2013 01:34:12

Yellow-gold with a swirl of amber gold. The passion flower hits the nose and the depth and complexity is fantastic. This is a crisp beer with great notes throughout.

Bottle, older. Muddied golden pour, probably due to age. Fruit forward flavors, big berry notes. Decent fruit beer

Bomber. Pours a cloudy orange color with a large white head. An odd fruity nose, lots of pear. The flavor is crisp, tripel yeast, fruity, dry at times, pear, sake, passionfruit, no tartness, finishes clean and tasty.

Deep gold, hazy, off-white head. Malty-sweet with some caramel, big fruit character of raspberries as expected, but also pears, some spicy phenols, a little warming alcohol.

Tap, pours a bright yellow, aroma is spicy and sweet. The flavour is spicy with a finish of fruitiness. The passionfruit comes out the most, it has a nice lighter body and a good full finish.

Pours redish copper with no head. Aroma of passion fruit cherries and guava. Taste is a overly sweet syrupy mess. Not a good beer ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Shared at my tasting on May 29, 2010. Thanks Paul! Review from notes. The label art is hilarious and quite unusual. Nice. This beer appears a hazy yellow color with a small head and just a touch of lacing on the glass. The sweet fruits are definitely noticeable in the aroma and throughout the taste, though there is a subtle tartness that balances the sweetness out to some degree. This beer has an interesting taste and finish. I’m just not sure what I think about it. The feel is smooth, and pretty easy considering that it weighs in at 10.5% abv. The finish and aftertaste are also quite unorthodox, though not necessarily in a negative way. It’s an intriguing and interesting beer, for sure. I would definitely try this again.

Pours a hazy orange-golden color with a nice white head. Aroma is berries, hay and corn. Taste is sweet with a little hop bitterness. Thinner bodied and fizzy. Easy to drink, but just ok.

22oz bottle. Cloudy orange, tons of junk in it. Aroma is sugary, sweet, passionfruit, belgian yeast. Taste is quite spicy, fruity. Some cherry tartness. Saison flavors. Belgian yeast is prominent. The passion fruit flavor is a bit medicinal and impacts the finish. I see what they were going for, but not quite there.
