Thanks to Lunch for gifting me this bottle. Served in a SAVOR wine glass. A: Pours a cloudy light copper color with a few bubbles on top after a hard pour. There’s a thin white collar with small bubbles around the edges, but that’s about all it gets. S: The nose brings some faint stone fruits along with a bit of white pepper. Behind that is a touch of caramel and a bready malt base. T: The flavor is wholly different from the nose, as there’s an abundance of fruit, at least compared to the nose, where there was only a faint whiff of fruitness. Here comes a bit of cherry and raspberry along with a faint black-plum presence in the background. A touch medicinal on the back end, though that aspect is fairly mellow. M: Medium body with low-to-moderate carbonation and a bit of alcohol. Light fruity sweetness lingers in the background, heading to a finish that is surprisingly crisp. A bit of alcohol in the background, but nothing that wouldn’t be expected from a brew of this strength. O: Pretty good. I enjoyed this quite a bit more than I expected to. The fruity elements to the flavor are quite nice, and the feel really rounds things out. Thanks again, Paul.

Color with reddish orange with a thin white head. Aroma and taste is fruity and of berries, belgian yeast, some funk, bready malts, fruity eithers, and some light booze as it warms. Has a medium body with a semi watery mouthfeel and a mostly sweet, medium finish. Overall, a decently tasty, fruity trippel.

on tap @ Voodoo / Homestead PA --- Slightly hazy medium / dark amber, beige that disappears, light streaks of lace. Taste is semi-sweet caramel malt imbued with tropical fruit. Light carbonation and a short finish rob this of the necessary power to complete a big brew. Just average.

burnt orange appearance. hard to get an aroma on this other than sweet and yeast. taste though, watermelon, melon, lemon and even some passion fruit thrown in. has even a welchs grape juice flavor and this is all piled on top of a great belgian yeast presence. very resilient beer. fruit hangs on until the last taste.

Draft pour at the source. The beer is a hazy copper with a white head of foam. The aroma has stone fruits and citrus notes. Hugely sweet beer. Thick mouthfeel. Big body and medium carbonation.

On tap @ Homestead location, RBSG 2016. Same appearance as the Granmet. Still sticky-sweet, but with prominent fresh seedy raspberry. I liked it better than the original unfruited Granmet, but still too sweet and estery for me.
