Aroma: orange peel, coriander, some light hops, and yeast
Appearance: slightly hazy, goldish
Flavor: this is nice. orange peel, coriander, some light hops, peppery
Palate: smooth, filling
Overall: had with moderately spiced Indian food. Complemented well, not as well as say a hoppy IPA, but it was hoppy enough to work well.

Pours a clear medium amber in color with a thin white ring. Nice wheat grain aroma. Flavor is mostly wheat with some spices like cloves and pepper similar to a Weizenbier. Above average but not that special.

Pours a hazy golden orange with thick white head. Aroma of wheat, coriander, orange peel and nutmeg. Taste follows, very heavy for a white ale.

Sample at Voodoo Homestead on 8/1/15. Clear gold pour with a thin white head. Aroma of malt, orange and slight banana. Malty flavor with banana, clove and caramel before a sweet finish. As it warms, some of the peppercorn character comes through.

Earth, wheat grass, pale malt, limes, slight booze Aroma. Flavors of cheap hop, malt, hay, citrus. Little artificial but not repulsive in any mean. It goes into the stomach moreso than the head.

on tap at the brewery. I found this to be a flavorful Witbier with plenty of spiciness and fruitiness. Would definitely recommend.

Strong white peper aroma and flavor balanced my juiciness, mainly of orange. Different take on a white, but nice.

Bottle. Pours hazy orange with a large creamy white head that lats a long time and leaves nice lacing. Aroma is dusty, belgian yeast, fresh mowed field grass, coriander. Flavor is light sweet, little bitterness, tons of Belgian yeast esters, clove, coriander. Way high carbonation - let it breath a bit before drinking. Not bad, but not really my think either.

Transfer from BA review on 7-12-13- Poured from bottle into a wiezen glass Appearance – The beer pours from the bottle as a lightly hazed orange-amber color with a one-half finger white head composed of lots of fizzy bubbles. The head fades very fast leaving very little lace on the sides of the glass. Smell – The aroma is heavy of a grainy wheat smell mixed with citrus of orange and light lemon smell. Some other aromas of clove and coriander are mixed in there as well along with a light grassy and haylike aroma. Taste – The taste begins with a smoother wheat flavor upfront, but grows more and more grainy in taste as the flavor advances. Upfront there is also a citrus flavor of orange which grows stronger to the middle of the taste only to fade at the end and be replaced by a more lemon citrus flavor. All the while a yeasty taste grows stronger in flavor from the beginning, bringing with it some spice of coriander and clove. The coriander gets rather strong at the end with it being joined by some pepper and a hay flavor, leaving a slightly dry, grainy and gritty taste on the tongue. Mouthfeel – The body of the beer is quite thin with a carbonation level that is on the slightly higher side. Both the thinner body and the higher carbonation are good for the style and make for a more refreshing feel. Overall – This is a decent wit, but the flavor left on the tongue is a little bit off at the end. If you like a wit that is a little more grainy then this you may like, otherwise if looking for something with more smoothness then you may want to pass it up.

Bottled. Yellow with lots of particles. Spices lemon wheat etc. Not particularly impressive.
