bottle, 0,33lt. golden yellow appearnce with a nice white foam. It’s nit the german way, more bohemian and maybe through the american hops (like the brewery said) a more flower taste, discret hop. Maybe a little mit malty. Carbonation normal, a little bit more wouldn’t be a shame. Fresh experience for a expensive price.

330ml bottle at home. Clear golden color with white head. Sweet malty aroma, grainy, hay-straw, light hoppy, dusty, grassy. Sweet and bitter taste, hoppier than the aroma, grassy and light citrusy. Light to medium body, oily with soft to average carbonation.

Bottle at Beer Time - Athens.Pours clear yellow-gold with a nice, frothy white head. Good nose, with notes of dry biscuits, grain and hay. Light to medium sweet flavor with good balance, nice biscuity malts, some grain husk, hay, mild bitter citrus rind. Light to medium bodied with average carbonation. Well balanced finale with light, drying bitter hay, cereal, biscuits, pale bread, tangerine rind. Exceptional. Well balanced, nicely rounded, very drinkable but with good depth and a bit of hippy kick. Great lager.

Bottle 330ml at home, many thanks to skullgeorge! Poured into a pilsner glass, ABV 5% Dark golden yellow colour on the body, lots and continuous activity in it. Two fingers of thick white head that grows steadily and eventually creates a small foam mountain on top of the beer. Fantastic retentionn, it took ages to collapse. Heavy lacing left on the glass. Aroma is heavy on malts, lots of dirty hay too, there is though a touch of lemon that breaks it down a bit but not enough. Some butter and manure too. Taste is better, the same touch of lemon/lime, noble hops, the malts are still very notable but not as much as the aroma implied. Again hay and/or bread but at least it doesn’t have that "dirty" feeling now. Light bitterness on the aftertaste. Medium thin body, good carbonation. Nice dryness on the palate. Well, I’m going to rate this as a greek pilsner and I’d be happy to find this in more places in Greece, it’s nothing spectacular but it has some qualities. Nice to see another greek brewery coming with a more-than-average product. I’d still sick to their IPA though.
