500 ml bottle. BB 6/2/14. From Erzengel. Vielen Dank Gabriel!
Clear reddish amber colour with a tiny white head. The aroma is sweet caramel, malt, bread and some spicy hops. The flavour is dry malt, metal, mild hops and bread. Thinnish.

Bottle, 500 ml, thanks to ThirstyBird! Poured into a lager glass. ABV 5% Very deep golden colour, almost dark orange to light amber. Two fingers of thick soapy head, white in colour, with excellent retention. Heavy malty aroma with bread notes and light caramel. Taste is also malty and sweet, with a slighty spicy, peppery finish. Bitter aftertaste though with short duration. Medium thin body, light carbonation. Quite dry on the palate. Overall pretty average, but the peppery finish was a nice touch. Ok.

Leckeres Bier!

Bottle, Amber, fine caronation, offwhite lace. Fairly low-key aroma and flavor, light malt, slight fruit, subdued hops, berries and caramel aftertaste. Chewy body. I like the light fruityness, but otherwise it is a bit anonymous.

MoritzF (8250) - Bochum, GERMANY - OCT 15, 2012
(bottle) Clear, deep golden to amber colour with a big and tanned foamy head. Malt-accented aroma with notes of caramel, citrus, as well as hints of onions and metal. Mildly sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Cara-malty and delicately herbal hoppy taste with notes of onions in the aftertaste. Not really convincing. Tastes like the elders described a working class Lager from the Sixties. 11.IX.12

Bottle(purchased at the Brauerei): Deep golden with an amberish sheen, some lazy carbonation detectable, big - slowly diminishing - fluffy off-white head, bready-fruity nose, metallic aromas in the background; mild sweet-bitter flavour, light bodied and quite soft; metallic traces returning in the bready-bitter finish. Not so glorious...
