Aroma yeast, fruits, malts, bit spice. apples, Medium body.
Taste little sweet, (caramel), good bitter, malts, fruits.
Aftertaste is bitter.

Apr 30, 2006 Light amber coloured, hazy with an average white head. Deep sweet malty aroma, somewhat fruity, appels and some yeasty touches. Full sweeter palate with a finish again rather sweet, with deep bitter hints. Overall a nice beer

Jan 22, 2006 Bottled March 2004 Clear, amber body. Fizzy, off-white body (mostly diminishing). Very intense and lovely aroma of yeast, apples, ... Heavily bitter initial flavour. Moderately bitter flavour. Nice bitter flavour, but not very complex, even rather somewhat watery (but only a little bit). Not bad, nice brew from Marc Limet.
