I would like to rerate this beer.
argo0 (6167), Washington DC, USA Jan 30, 2008 (33cl bottle) Small off-white head that mostly diminishes atop yeast-flecked hazy amber body. Aroma is medium sweet, bread/pastry, some herbal, rose/perfume. Taste is sweet, pastry/bread, orange/rose, some alcohol, light herbal. Medium body. fiulijn (5860), Como; Lausanne (CH); Malmö (SWE), Italy Jun 16, 2002 Bright pale amber colour, ordinary head and quite nice perlage. Not surprising aroma, some sweetness and alcohol, some malt, light fruitness. Quite strong body, alcohol, poor malt and hop character, some sweetness. Ordinary palate. Rastacouere (5270), Montréal, Quebec, Canada Jul 6, 2006 Cloudy orange garn, light white ring. Limited aroma comes across sweetish, honeyed and rather herbal, without much definition. More interesting in mouth where light sage, algae and generally spicy flavours meet the straight herbal and mustard seeds character. A beer that plays more on the spice levels than the natural ingredients, procuring no bitterness to speak of and remaining light bodied throughout, with light-medium carbonation and faint yeastiness.
