Pours cloudy peach juice color, small head. Nose is tropical fruit salad including guava, pineapple, some orange. Light, spritzy body makes this instantly appeal to my summer senses. Lightly tart, citric, juicy, and highly refreshing.

Bottle..hazy branze-yellow color w/ a small light head. Yeast, sweet fruit, and spice on the nose...Tasted a little orange, some nutmeg/corriander flavor, some grains. Very light, almost water w/ a sour like champagne mouthfeel. Overall, I didn’t feel like this beer stood up to other Witbiers.

(Bottle) Pours an amber color with a light haze to it. Lots of spice in the nose. Aromas include some light malts, wheat and coriander. Taste is spicy and sour. Citrus notes, with a surprisingly tart finish. Body is lighter than most Belgians, and the carbonation is rather low as well. An interesting beer, to say the least.

Very very light beer. Very clean tasting beer with a strong taste of lemon...... and that’s it. It kind of tastes like drinking lemon water.

33 cl bottle: Cloudy yellow with a off white bubbly head. This beer is heavy spiced. Coriander, wheat, pepper & citrus. It has a touch of medicine & is a bit too sour for my liking. OK, but the fly ass long haired hippie/hoppie brewer can do better than this!

Bottle. Cloudy, ruddy orange color with not much head. Aroma of orange peel, honey, coriander, and spice. Taste is moderately sweet to start, with a lot of tart citrus character that lasts through the finish. Moderately thick palate. Pretty straightforward wit, perhaps a bit tarter than most.
