Bottle pours a creamy light honey with very minor head and semi-slick lacing.   Aroma is of corriander and orange peel (my favorite!).   WOW, the taste on this one is well rounded.   Orange zest up front, corriander, and it lasts through to the finish.   I had always passed this beer up not knowing what it was.   Glad I decied to get one this evening.   This rates lower than what I would have thought.   While I really enjoy Allagash White, this one seems to be a bit smoother.   Very tasty.   Fantastic flavor!   Finish is a bit musty, but lends to its authenticity.   Yeah, this is like liquid crack!   Give me more!

Rerate: Enjoyed this much more than the first time I tried it. Not as hazy as a hoegaardan or other wits I have tried. Great aroma or citrus. HUGE head. My brother got me a 3 pint bottle for my birthday. I enjoyed this a lot.

Deep amber with a white head. Aroma of fruit (orange) and spice. Seemed to indicate good flavor but it didn't. Flavor was fizzy and odd. Too much fruit? Spice? In the end, it was a disappointment.

Ok...i feel like im sucking on a Vitamin C pill with the orange peel hints and high citric intake! The aroma is high in wheaty smell with some hints of...call me nuts..cheerios cereal. Very boring appearance...slightly cloudy yellowy/orange mixture with a soapy white head that disappeared as soon as i looked at it. The flavor is super citricy, with hints of banana (almost hefe-like) and wheat apparent...some orange in the finish..though overall very dry. I sense a bit of vanilla sweetness about a minute after the sip.. it makes the finish a tad bit nicer..but overall I'm just sensing an average beer here. And what is up with the soda-like carbonation here..i feel like im drinking flavored seltzer water with a bit of lemon added

cloudy pale golden color, no real head. sweet with some sourness in the aroma, citrusy coriander. The spice comes through a lot more in the flavor, and the flavor is more sour than the aroma lets on. finish is very citrusy with a slightly metallic aftertaste.

Cloudy colored but in the good way, not cloudy like a Bud. This is probably the most distinct belgian white I have ever tried, definitly worth a try by any beer lover. It has a strong citric kick. I wouldn’t drink this on a regular basis but I do recommend everyone to try it. Rerate 5/5/06 - oh boy, I compared this to a bud. Well this is definitly more sour than I mentioned. Liek citrus mixed with sourness. Medium nobody, feel that sourness for a while. I am lowering my rating just a bit.

Cloudy orange-yellow...kinda like orangina. White fluffy head. Citrus, yeast, bready nose. I was told by a cute bartender that this tastes like clam juice...I think she was wrong. Coriander is heavy and chunky in this brew, there is alot of it. Citrus, lemon rind, yeast. Nice body, and finishing wih subtle, gentle hops.
