COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

A znalci v tomto pivu můžou objevit i jemný náznak oříšků a závan ovoce.

Bottle from Pivni Galerie. Claims Premiant and Hallertau Blanc now. Anyway, bronze body, medium head. Fresh full malty aroma with a mild bitterness. Maltiness, vaguely dog food-like, but tasty, balanced by a mild, pleasanty hopiness, that carries some bitterness too. Dryish. Everything is well rounded, doesnt thrill, but serves well. Had far worse beers recently here. ,

500ml bottle: BBD 24 Dec 14. Bought from Beergeek, Prague and drank in my hotel room on 2 Oct 14. Slightly disappointed with the brew to be honest. Poured a light amber/brown with a good off-white head. Although malty it had a thin taste, body and weak aroma: it was a poor representation of the style in my opinion and although it was supposed to be my ’nightcap’ I had to have another beer, just to wash away the thought of this.

Vycap Starosloviensky. Bleda jantarova farba, biela pena. Vona sladova, bonparova. Chut sladka, cukriky. Zle pivo. S Altbierom to moc spolocne nema.

pivnizub (9006) - Bochum, Porúří, GERMANY - OCT 13, 2013
Lahev: Deep golden to light amber coloured, small off-white foam with a good lace, clean bready-nutty nose, some hops detectable; dryish bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied; dark-malty and dry bitter finish with a very delicate metallic tinge. Nice brew, better than most of the commercial german "Alts"…

(Draught at Kulovy Blesk, Prague, 20 July 2013) Dark amber colour with dense, beige head. Malty, slightly roasted nose with toast, rye bread and hints of orange. Malty, slightly roasted taste with notes of toast, dried apricots, orange peel and a fairly dry finish with a light, spicy bitterness. Medium body, dry. Quite enjoyable.
