12% light beer of the Pilsner type with the average alcohol content in the amount of 5.2 % vol. The increased attention with respect to the technology and selection of the raw materials is paid to the production of this beer. The maturing process in the lager cellars lasts for 60 days at low temperatures. It is characteristic for its medium full flavour, the medium up to strong kick, the slight bitterness, and the light amber colour. This beer is hopped at most. The bitter substances of hop increase appetite. We recommend that this beer is served cooled down to 8 - 10°C.

Bottle. Average fizzy white head that quickly diminished. Not much lacing to be observed. Light cloudy yellow colour. Grass, caramel, grain, rye bread, burned notes. Light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Flavour was light sweet with hint of bitter notes. Light bitter finish.

Bottled. Golden coloured. Unclear. Off white head. Grassy and sweet aroma. Has some light spiced notes. Flavour as well is quite herbal and grassy. Is light balanced by some fruity sweetness, but I find it quite unbalanced. Is medium bodied. Ends on a rather sharp bitterness. Not really my kind of bohemian pilsener.

(bottle, as a gift from pivnizub) Clear, golden colour with a mid-sized foamy white head. Slightly sweet malty nose with honey and aromatic spicy, slightly resiny and floral hops. Soft bitter and slightly sweet flavour, medium to light body, crispy carbonation. Aromatic, slightly buttery malty base with an aromatic hoppy bitterness; dryish and lasting floral hoppy finish.

An orange beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet malty with a strong hop presence. The flavor is rather sweet with a good malty back ground and a dry hoppy bitter end - definately Saaz.

Draught @ Hamburg Beer Festival: Clean clear gold with a white head. Crisp hoppy pils, with very simple flavour. A little uninspiring but refreshing none the less.
