Pivní speciál Démon byl připraven podle starých klášterních receptur mnichovské oblasti a navazuje tak na tradici, sahající až do roku 1420. Je charakteristický bohatým a vyváženým profilem chutí. Má příjemnou sladovou vůni a mírně nasládlou medovou chuť s jemnou hořkostí.

Poured clear amber, some reddish coppery tones, small lacing tan head. Moderated aroma with caramel, some honey and herbal hops. Medium bodied beer with malt and caramel firstly, light hops and sourish yeast. Easy drinkable, nothing special.

0.5 L bottle from Pivovarsky Klub, Praha. A high, dense, yellow shaded blond head, over a slightly hazed, golden brown colored body. Nutty and caramelly malt aroma. Notes of dark bread and grassy hops. Good malt body with a refined sweetness. Nuts and caramel again, with a fresh sour tone. Mild, rounded hop bitterness. Medium body strenght. Caramelly malts and grassy hops in the ending. An elegant and easy drinkable Vienna.
