Bottle, from Luke’s liquors. Good aroma, big clove. Sweet. Banana. Little pepper. Little yeasty cheese too. Hazed, yellow gold color. Good head that faded quickly. Sweet flavor. Lite body, creamy mouthfeel, sweet finish. Nice offering from Wachusett. Easy to drink. Solid white.

Pours a clear and very pale golden yellow color with a 1.5 finger frothy white head that slowly settles into a lasting ring. Minimal spots of lacing left behind. Earthy aroma with lots of zesty spice, bready yeast, light fruit and citrus rind. Pepper and coriander followed by a prominent bread/yeast character as well as some apple, lemon and orange peel. Medium bodied but on the fuller end with a nice balance of zesty spice, yeast and citrus fruit. Lots of spicy pepper and coriander flavor up front which is followed by a nice bready yeast character. It’s not as strong as the aroma suggests but it adds some nice complexity and fullness to the palate. Finishes with sweet fruit flavor with hints of apple and pear as well as a strong lemon and orange rind character. Really well balanced, flavorful and extremely refreshing, especially during these warmer months.

A hazy yellow gold beer with a thick white head that is noisy but manages to have good retention. It shows plenty of carbonation. A nose of yeast, cloves, and oranges. The flavor is quite similar and is nice, smooth, and easy to drink. Banana esters and soft complex fruit are pleasant. I almost wish I had mowed the lawn because this would be a great beer for afterward. I love the low ABV. A very nice effort.

Pours pale yellow into a tumbler. Bright white head with good retention recedes to coat surface. Banana and coriander aromas. Soft with sweet wheat upfront turning to orange and coriander in the medium length finish.

Pours a three-finger white head that fades slowly leaving a good lace. Almost clear pale straw color. Good carbonation and medium bodied with some yeast left in bottle. Nose is yeasty, flavor is Belgian yeast and orange. Sweet orange finish. $5.99 for a 22oz bottle from Kappy’s Fine Wine & Spirits Peabody, Ma.

A very nice effort from Wachusett! - a light-bodied, low alcohol and very refreshing brew. Good carbonation, balanced flavors. Doesn’t have that "fizzy funk" many wheat beers can have. Clean and fruity finish. Bravo!
