Nice authentic blueberry aroma. Light blueberry aroma and flavor, but authentic. Light watery palate. Not a ton of body in this beer, has some nice flavors and could be a refreshing beer but light.

2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 12/20
From the 12 fl. oz. can. Slightly cloudy straw yellow pour with a white fizzy head. Subtleties on the nose include toasted pale malts, cereal grain, grass, and just a touch of blueberry, which is enough to let you know it is there. Light and refreshing summer-like body. The taste echoes the aroma with a toasted grain and malt character and only a vague blueberry bite with a clean, crisp finish. Wachusett brews some fabulous brews but this one is not high on my list of those. Still...it is summer!

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Had this one on tap. Pours a clear yellow with a bubbly white head that dissipates quickly. Aroma is straw and blueberry. This is an easy to drink beer.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
It has a pale yellow body with a slightly hazy appearance. The pour yields a tall bright white head that fades down to just a ring of bubbles. Lacing is slick and slides right down the glass. The aroma has hits you with notes of blueberry as soon as the cap is popped off. Natural blueberry, grain and some mild spicy hops are all noticeable in the nose. The flavor is a copy of the aroma. There are light blueberry notes mixed into light pale grain and biscuit malt with a touch of spicy (peppery) hops. It finishes a little tangy and with some hops bitterness and spice. The palate has a light to medium body with some active, almost fizzy carbonation.

2.2 AROMA 3/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 10/20
Pours very clear light gold with thick, quickly dissipating head. Very strong fruity aromas, too strong actually. Light bodied, medium carbonation. The blueberry overpowers everything, diluting the hops entirely. This is not good at all, probably going down the drain.

4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 16/20
Many pints on tap. Looks like a normal pale lager except big difference: they put real blueberries at the bottom!. It has the normal lager taste, but the middle and end of the taste is where the blueberries come out to play. It’s surprising how much they add, honestly. Nice muted taste, not overpowering.

Meh, Tap at Bull Run restaurant, I don’t get the obsession with this weak and piddly blueberry beers, this one is too thin and weak tasting to be considered beer and I love fruit beers.

Tap at Parker Pie. Pour is golden with good lacing. Aroma is of light blueberries, a bit vegetal. Taste is fruity with blueberries of course but also bluebberry stems and leaves. Carbonation is too high, CO2 problems at PP? OK blueberry beer, I wasn’t expecting much anyway.
