Dec 30, 2005 (12oz bottle, best by January (06?)) Crystal clear light amber body topped by medium off-white head. Aroma is medium sweet, orange/floral, some grapefruit, caramel, light tea. Taste is medium sweet, orange/grapefruit, some caramel, light cereal/bread. Light/medium body, light resin, fairly drinkable. Medium bitterness, comes across more as an APA.

May 11, 2007 12oz bottle shared courtesy of TomDecapolis. Poured a medium and clear golden color with a small sized white head. Aromas of earthiness, spruce/pine, ligth caramel and a trace of citrus. Tastes of citrus, light caramel, and light pine. Tastes on the subtle side compared to the aromas. Thinner body.

Oct 8, 2005 Bottle… Misty, light amber ale with a small, fizzy, off-white head. The nose is of black tea, butter and toffee. Moderate to heavy bitterness with notes of tea and clover honey. Medium-bodied and dry with fizzy carbonation. Finishes bone dry. Smells like an English IPA; tastes like an American IPA. Great, refreshing brew!

Feb 25, 2004 12 oz bottle. Clear honey-orange, light, just off-white head. Peaches and a hint of cherry in the nose. Soft body, light hoppiness throughout, medium sweetness. Fairly citrusy, fairly malty, fairly dull if drinkable.
