Poured a medium and clear golden color with a small sized white head. Aromas of earthiness, spruce/pine, ligth caramel and a trace of citrus. Tastes of citrus, light caramel, and light pine. Tastes on the subtle side compared to the aromas. Thinner body. hopscotch (4588), Vero Beach, Florida, USA Oct 8, 2005 Bottle… Misty, light amber ale with a small, fizzy, off-white head. The nose is of black tea, butter and toffee. Moderate to heavy bitterness with notes of tea and clover honey. Medium-bodied and dry with fizzy carbonation. Finishes bone dry. Smells like an English IPA; tastes like an American IPA. Great, refreshing brew! muzzlehatch (4424), Burlington, Vermont, USA Feb 25, 2004 12 oz bottle.
