JugOPunch (74), leominster, Massachusetts, USA Apr 6, 2006 12oz bottle: A golden orange pour with little head. An excellent aroma of orange, grapefruit and a slight hop residue. The aroma indicates a very malt based IPA. The flavor is citrus and a sharp hop undertone. Decent middle of the road body with a crisp mouthfeel. You won’t find the big hop punch in this IPA. But if taken on its own terms and without hop prejudice, this is a well crafted brew.
jcwattsrugger (4045), Florida and, New Jersey, USA Sep 23, 2008 12oz bottle-pours a thick off white head that laces and gold/orange color. OK carbonation. maugus4ever (48), Winston-Salem, North Carolina, USA Aug 17, 2008 Pours a light gold with a medium head and slight lacing. Nice citrusy hop aroma. Not exceptionally hoppy, but still a good IPA. cbkschubert (1611), Rattlesnake Country, Arizona, USA Aug 12, 2008 12 oz. bottle from Premier Gourmet - Pours a clear light golden color with a medium size off white head. Nice lacing. Aroma is light pine and herbal hops. Flavor is light hops and esters. Slight astringent aftertaste. A decent beer. blipp (818), Grand Island, New York, USA Aug 8, 2008 Bottle. Pours amber with an off white head. Aroma is a bit hoppy, with floral, grass, and peach. Caramel is more noticeable in the flavor, as well as a bit of hops. Not bad. oteyj (344), Canterbury, New Hampshire, USA Jul 29, 2008 Pours light amber with two finger white head. Aroma is of grassy and citrusy hops with a touch of malt. Flavor is not overpowering at all- nice amount of hops meld together for a relaxing brew. Not amazing in the flavor department, but tasty just the same. Some malt character creeps in there as well to sweeten the bitterness. Palate is pretty rich for the style- feels almost creamy. Nice IPA.
